We're exactly a week away!
 
We now attach what is pretty much the final agenda, with some flexibility on Day 3 (thanks to the Programme Committee, and to the brewery that sponsored them). Please look the agenda over carefully - particularly to check where you may have - unknown to you - been slotted into the agenda with an extra contribution or session chair task. Please also go onto the site (http://cgiar-csi.org) and add your presentation or poster details.

2. We’ll be staying at the Nairobi Safari Club Hotel (-1.33042°, 36.925°) together, and your bill at the hotel will be collectively paid.

3. Reimbursable items (Receipts required. Reimbursement form will be given at the meeting.):
1. VISA (50 USD at the airport)
2. Flight (1,000 USD for center representatives)
3. Transportations in Nairobi (Airport – Hotel guideline price is 1,200 Kenyan shilling)
4. Dinner/Incidentals
4. Pre-arranged items:
1. Hotel (Breakfast included)
2. Transportation between hotel and ICRAF
3. Lunch, Coffee, Reception
5. The meeting will be held at the World Agroforestry Centre (a.k.a. ICRAF House) (-1.23653°, 36.8192°). There will be a shuttle bus from the hotel in the morning (7:30 AM on Tuesday, 8:00 AM on Wednesday and Thursday).
6. Centre presentations on Wednesday can only be 20 minutes each - MAX. So don't bring a 40 slide presentation!
7. But there's plenty of space for posters (Poster session on Wednesday evening).
8. Plan on being actively engaged, learning a lot from your smart colleagues, and having fun!
